SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Silk Distro (operated by Redfish Capitol LLC). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
PROCESSING TIME
- Standard Orders: Processed within 1-3 business days
- Business days: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Order cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship only within the United States to addresses where our products are legally permitted.
Available Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping (UPS Next Day): 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
- Delivery address
Free Shipping: May be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods (minimum order amounts and restrictions apply).
RESTRICTED SHIPPING LOCATIONS
State & Local Restrictions
Due to varying state and local laws, we cannot ship kratom products to the following locations:
States:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Indiana
- Louisiana
- Rhode Island
- Vermont
- Wisconsin
Counties & Cities:
- Sarasota County, FL
- San Diego, CA
- Oceanside, CA
- Alton, IL
- Jerseyville, IL
- Edwardsville County, IL
- Columbus, MS
- Union County, MS
This list is subject to change based on evolving regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that our products are legal in their jurisdiction.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account at silkdistro.com/account.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Age Verification
Our products contain botanical extracts (kratom, kava, and/or kanna) and are for adult use only (18+ or 21+ where applicable).
- Signature confirmation may be required for delivery
- Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery
- Packages will not be left unattended if signature is required
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Shipping to a restricted location
You will be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Reshipping fees (if applicable)
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
We will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund minus applicable fees.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Double-check your shipping address before completing your order
- We cannot modify addresses after an order has been processed
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier:
- Silk Distro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or household members
- You may file a claim with the shipping carrier
We strongly recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Adding delivery instructions at checkout
- Opting for signature confirmation if available in your area
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not discard packaging - Keep all original packaging materials
- Document damage - Take photos of the package and any damaged items
- Contact us immediately - Email shipping@silkdistro.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include: Order number, photos, and description of damage
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- High shipping volumes (holidays)
- Incorrect address information
- Customs processing (if applicable)
We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control. Once packages are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES
- PO Boxes: Non USPS PO Boxes accepted
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Not currently available due to product restrictions
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Contact us immediately at orders@silkdistro.com if you need to modify your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
